2020-11-21-1900-Pastor Ko’s Update

November 21, 2020, Urgent prayers needed

The following is updated by Sister Cindy Chiang

November 20, Friday text from Sarah (Pastor Ko’s daughter) text:

“He is in more pain this morning but is doing better now. This morning the doctors said that he would be able to drink fluids. He had chicken broth for breakfast and lunch. We were not sure what time the physical therapist would be in today, so he went on a walk around 2 pm. Physical therapist came by at 3:00 pm, so he walked 200 feet with her. Now he is exhausted”.

November 21,  Saturday 5:30 pm, I got Sarah’s (Pastor Ko’s daughter) text :

"Dad isn’t feeling well. Fluid in the lungs again this morning. Now he looks red in the face. They took his temperature and it was 98.0. Doctors and nurse left, and I felt his head. So hot. Went to the front desk and told them it does not feel like 98. She brought a temperature gun and the gun said 100. They did the oral again. 97.8. His mind is clear. Telling nurses that he is having issues breathing. ..Telling him what is comfortable or uncomfortable”.

*Please pray for Pastor Ko. Sarah thanks all the prayer warriors. And your support means a lot to their family.

November 21, Saturday 6:30 pm updated from Sarah:

“Dad is getting better. They gave him a breathing treatment. His fact is less red and he can breath better. He said he is willing to eat dinner soon. They have rice and gravy, veggies, apple sauce and tea. I think he is excited to eat the rice”.
