2020-12-10-2100-Pastor Ko’s Update

December 10, 2020

The following update is from Pastor Ko’s daughter, Sarah:

Today Pastor Ko  is doing okay. Pastor Ko has three holes in his stomach. One in the middle where they performed the surgery, one on his right side that drains pancreatic fluid, and one on the left for the feeding tube. Yesterday when Mrs. Ko  was cleaning the drain on the right, she noticed that there was a greenish yellow fluid that was leaking out. We tried getting in contact with the on-call doctor with no answer. This morning the doctor’s office called to check in and see how he was doing. We told her about the drain issue. We also reported that the feeding tube is now clogged.

Our original plan was to go home today, but after hearing the issues, the doctor decided to set up an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. Pastor Ko  will have to fast from 07:00AM until his procedure.

The lung doctor also called and reported there are no blood clots in Pastor Ko’s lungs. However, she highly encouraged exercised. Today, Pastor Ko  walked the most he has walked since before his surgery! Physically he is getting stronger. We will find out more tomorrow about drain and feeding tube.

There may be a possibility that he may be admitted to the hospital after the procedure. Pray that will not be the case.

We ask brothers and sisters continue praying for Pastor Ko.

Please continue sign up the chart and pray for Pastor Ko. Here is the link https://rb.gy/2m3v1a. If the Lord moves in your heart, you may fill up the space, so 24 hours unceasing prayers can be continued. We especially wish brothers and sisters who live in Taiwan, China, or West Coast, could fill up the space while we, the Midwest people are sleeping or having meeting. Thank you for your faithful prayers. God bless you.
